The front desk is manned 24/7 and every staff member we encountered were so kind and polite! no AC in the room and I am a hot sleeper but with the window open in July and a fan they provide is plenty. Highly recommend this hotel for the price! E-bike parking is also available right across the street so it’s easy to grab a bike and go anywhere!
First, I will talk about the poor reviews for the hotel, and I was about to not quarantine because of them, but it turns out that 80% is an exaggeration. The hotel is very clean and excellent. The staff are friendly. The cleaning service is quick and friendly. The location of the hotel is very great for its price. The only negative is that there is no elevator, but I did not face a problem as I was alone with only one suitcase Regarding the insurance deposit of 100 pounds, I was afraid that it would not be returned to me because of the comments, but it was returned to me within only 3 hours!! Without any problems Excellent hotel. I will book again. Thank you
Stayed here recently via AirBnB for sadly cancelled concert in Hyde Park. Location is excellent, short walk from Paddington and reasonably quiet area with a good choice of bars and restaurants close by. My room had a double bed which was comfortable with nice good quality bed linen. There was a heatwave in London so room was really warm as there is no a/c. A desk fan provided some relief at night. Bathroom was fine, with a good strong shower. The electric lights in the room had a tendency to flicker and you also could not operate the bedside lights independently of a bright ceiling light which is a pain if trying to relax reading before going to sleep. Price was a little on the high side, €630 for 3 nights but location was perfect.

The location is excellent; it is just a short walk from the station and situated in a reasonably quiet area with a good choice of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are simple, clean, and perfect for a last-minute trip. I found the double bed comfortable and made up with nice, high-quality bed linen. The hotel team was wonderful throughout my stay, super helpful during check-in, and even made check-out seamless and easy. I was also very happy to be able to park my car there. I highly recommend this place for a simple, hassle-free stay in central London.
Great spot near Paddington Station! Convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are simple, clean, and perfect for a last-minute trip. The hotel team was wonderful. You get what you pay for...however the £100 damage deposit is really unprofessional and feels like you came there to damage something. Obviously money stay on hold for few day which also doesn't help for those who needed low cost one night stay in London
The hotel has a really good location, there are great restaurants and the Paddington underground/train station close. Feben was really nice all the time and we had a great time staying. We would leave early in the morning, and when we came back, the room was always clean.
The room was great! Clean and with enough space for 4 people. The room was cleaned everyday and the personal is very kind, 24 hours assistance ! Feben was kind and always ready to help ! I recommend this hotel without any doubt .
